In this Privacy Notice, we use the terms “personal information” or “personal data” interchangeably to refer to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes data such as your full name, email address, mailing address, IP address, or other identifiers like business contact information. We do not consider information to be personal data if it has been anonymized so that it can no longer be used—alone or in combination with other data—to identify a specific person.

California law allows residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. This request is free and can be made once annually by writing to us at the address below. California residents may also request deletion of their personal information in certain circumstances.

Without this information, we cannot process your request. We are unable to process requests from consumers of our merchant clients; such requests must be directed to the applicable merchant client.

Radial does not sell personal information of California residents collected through our Sites to unaffiliated third parties under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

EEA, UK, and Canadian Residents

If Radial acts as a data controller, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Canadian Residents

Canadian residents who have provided information directly to Radial on the Sites may request access to or correction of their personal information, subject to certain exceptions. Visitors from Outside the United States—Cross-Border Transfer

Our Sites are primarily hosted and operated in the United States. For Consumers of Radial`'`s Clients

Radial provides services to business clients (“Clients”) that facilitate services for their customers (“Consumers”). When processing personal data collected from Consumers, Radial acts as a service provider or data processor, except in the case of payment fraud prevention (see below). We access Consumer data (e.g., Identity Data, Contact Data, Transaction Data, financial data) to fulfill orders, provide customer care, process payments, and perform related services. This use is governed by our agreements with Clients, not this Privacy Notice.

If you are a Consumer of one of our Clients and wish to access, correct, amend, or delete your personal data, or if you no longer wish to be contacted by a Client using our services, please contact the Client directly.

Payment Fraud Prevention

For payment processing services related to ecommerce orders placed with our Clients, Radial is required by law and credit card associations to prevent payment fraud. In these cases, Radial acts as a data controller, collecting additional data (e.g., via pixel tags on a Client`'`s website) and sharing or acquiring data with third parties to verify payment information validity.
